Delivery

We ship everything from our distribution center in Rome, Italy. Most orders are expected to reach customers 3-10 business days after confirmation. For made to order, bespoke or custom items, shipping times will be longer. Please check the specific product listing for detailed shipping times. 

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. ELVN cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

We ship globally with the exclusion of certain countries where our couriers will not complete a delivery.

Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from ELVN or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ELVN. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers, depending on where you're located: DHL, Fedex, UPS, GLS, and Bartolini.

All orders are shipped via standard tracked delivery. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary according to your shipping destination. We also offer Free International Shipping on qualifying orders. Please refer to the next section for more details.

Duties & Taxes

We cover duties and taxes for orders shipped within the European Union and the U.S., while all other orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Please refer to your local Customs Authority for prevailing import duties and taxes.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into the courier website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.

Shipping Lead Times for Specific Brands

While most items will be shipped out and delivered within 3-10 business days, certain brands take longer due to the artisanal nature of their products. See below the list of the brands that we carry and their respective shipping lead times.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must arrive at our returns center within 14 days from the date the parcel is received at your location. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of ELVN.

Returns with ELVN are easy and seamless. To start a return, head to our Returns Center 

To be eligible for a return:

  • All returned items must be new, unworn, unused and with all original designer and ELVN tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes, undamaged.
  • Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.
  • Products marked as Final Sale and Bespoke, products on Pre-order, and products with customisations such as monograms cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for returning your order. Duties and taxes as well as shipping fees incurred by ELVN to ship your order will not be refunded.

For orders placed after 12am AEST 1 June 2022, returns will incur a restocking fee of USD 30 per item, or an equivalent amount in the currency of your payment. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Handcrafted goods may contain some slight variations or natural imperfections. These are normal features of items that are not machine-manufactured and does not constitute as damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products made by Bespoke brands. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we will refund the amount you originally paid (net of any discounts or coupons), minus shipping fees, any duties/taxes paid and our restocking fees.
