how do i place an order?
  • Select a category to explore
  • Once you have done so, choose the item you'd like to buy and click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart
  • When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase
  • Click on "Continue to Checkout"
  • Enter your details and address and click "Place order".
do i need an account to place an order

No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.

i've forgotten my password - what should i do?

On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password. 

what payment methods does elvn accept?

ELVN accepts all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

what countries does elvn ship to?

We ship to most destinations globally, although we do not ship to P.O. boxes and countries where our couriers are unable to complete a delivery. This includes but is not limited to North Korea and Libya. If you are unable to select a shipping option at checkout, this means that we are unable to deliver to you at this point in time.

how long does delivery take?

Delivery is expected to be within 3-10 business days, unless stated in the product description.

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. ELVN cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

how much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout, but we run campaigns and promotions that offer free shipping based on certain minimum order values.

Made-to-order and customised items

Due to the nature of made-to-order and customised items, production lead times may vary as your item is created specifically for you. For more information on time to delivery, please visit the product page for more details. Please note that made-to-order and customised items cannot be returned.

how do i return an item?

how long does it take to process my refund?

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.

are elvn products new or pre-owned?

We only sell new items.

All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

how do i subscribe to ELVN newsletters?

In the footer of the homepage, there is a text box under where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notifying you that you are subscribed. Our subscribers are the first to receive sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
